Entre ce point et Clarens, plus à l'est, la promenade s'interrompt. De nombreuses propriétés privées bloquent l'accès au bord du lac mais, conformément à la volonté populaire, un jour ou l'autre la balade se prolongera sur 2 km jusqu'à la plage de la Maladaire, à 1 km du port du Basset où débute la partie orientale de notre balade virtuelle.
